When you submit the inquiry form, subscribe to updates or contact us by WhatsApp, WeChat, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to provide. The inquiry form asks for:

• Project details you write into the message field

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, if you place an order, to manage the commercial relationship.

Information collected automatically

Our own server records technical request data so that the website stays available and secure: the page requested, the time of the request, the referring address, the browser user-agent and a hashed value derived from the IP address (the raw IP address is not stored in this first-party log).

The site also keeps anonymous activity counters for page views and actions such as WhatsApp clicks and inquiry submissions. These counters do not store your name, email address or phone number.

Advertising and campaign parameters

When you arrive from a search engine advertisement, the landing address can contain parameters such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term or utm_content. We keep these values in your browser's local storage so that, if you send an inquiry, the request can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here.
